Cooperative, Friendly & Responsive I took my 2013 Audi in for service EPC light was on. They informed me the engines was basically dead. My Audi served her purpose got over 100K miles o I took my 2013 Audi in for service EPC light was on. They informed me the engines was basically dead. My Audi served her purpose got over 100K miles over the 4 year period of ownership. Left at the end of the day with a brand new car..clearly was not my intent. However, they worked with me and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I'm a little bit frugal. LOL More
