Rich Baker was happy to answer all my questions; he was relaxed and laid back and best of all there was none of that gamesmanship to pressure you to buy a car. I test drove a car which I really liked and afterwards they gave me a fantastic offer which was hard to reject, still I counter offered and to my surprise they accepted the offer and that was all! We finished the deal and I drove away with beautiful car. Since then I have had several phone calls and emails from Rich to make sure I am happy with the car and there are no issues and he was happy to answering all my questions.
