I came in for an oil change and other services, and as always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now thi always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now this has become a Ford issue. I would hope that in the future, when a recall is called for, there is more consideration taken whether or not the recall part is in stock and can be replaced before arbitrarily removing a piece. I am not happy that I have a piece of tape now protecting my car but it is what it is. Overall though, I was happy with this experience. More

I liked my salesman Dustin. The deal was good for them. Like usual. But not good for me. Not a fan of the finance guy. Didn’t ask when I wanted the loan date to be. I have always had really good experiences at this dealership. The staff are friendly, fast and thorough. When I was paying this last visit, there was an elderly gentleman paying before me.
