AutoMax Ocala was more eager to push a sale for themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times a themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times after vehicle died less than 2 weeks after it's purchase. Spending more on repairs than the down payment on a part that was recalled by the manufacturer. More

I bought a 2025 F150 yesterday. I left the dealership and there was a ping in windshield. The service light came on. Then the check engine light came on and I called them and they s I left the dealership and there was a ping in windshield. The service light came on. Then the check engine light came on and I called them and they said I should have checked the vehicle out better. Once you leave they can’t fox the problem. In my opinion they are unprofessional!!
