I want to thank Patti and the entire service dept at Autohaus. I had an issue that required a complete engine replacement. As my vehicle was out of warranty and BMW USA offered no assistance this was Autohaus. I had an issue that required a complete engine replacement. As my vehicle was out of warranty and BMW USA offered no assistance this was a very expensive repair. Patti Kupfler and Autohaus worked with me to provide a more reasonable cost.
