Autohaus BMW determined the issue was under warranty. We were given a loaner car but within two days, we were able to pick up our car which was beautifully cleaned and sanitized. thank you More

My BMW overheated as I sat in line waiting for my food order to be brought to my car at 4:30pm. When I left the restaurant, the temperature needle was straight up (right where it s/b). As I turned out of order to be brought to my car at 4:30pm. When I left the restaurant, the temperature needle was straight up (right where it s/b). As I turned out of the parking lot, the needle moved quickly to the hot side, and the red LED glowed. Luckily I was able to turn right into a gas station 50 yards away, turn off the engine, and open the hood. I left it there until 10:30am the next morning and had it towed to my friendly BMW dealer where they replaced a broken overflow tank, thermostat, antifreeze, and radiator cap. In addition they completed work on two factory recalls: driver air bag inflator, and passenger air bag module. My car is in good shape again. More

I had several service items to take care of with my BMW. Autohaus had arranged for me to take a loaner vehicle, but Patti told me that she could likely have these items completed in a little over an hour.
