Linda personifies friendly professionalism and is truly one of the big factors we have kept buying BMWs. The dealership itself is meticulously clean, bright and I have never met a staff person who was not extremely helpful and service oriented. More
Great customer service I have been taking my cars to Autohaus for 13 years and have always had great service. Chris Clem is the best and has been taking care of me for the last 8 years. On Friday my car started to hesitate while driving and a warning came on about the drive train. Needless to say, I was very nervous driving the car as it would only go about 30 mph. I called Chris and he told me to come right in. He was able to take me right away, get me a loaner car (which was great since my car has been there for 2 days) and has keep me posted on what is going on with my car. Dealing with the maintenance on my car is one of the easiest things I do thanks to Chris. More

This team took us in right at closing time - got the car diagnosed and fixed and back on the road in under 36 hours plus took the time to inspect a few items affecting the safety of our tow hitch. Patty, my service manager, handles anything I need in a timely, professional, pleasant manner. No matter what my schedule, she makes it work. No matter what my problem, they go out of their way to fix it. Car service is certainly not high on my list of enjoyable activities, but they make it as enjoyable as possible! Great service consistently I have had BMW’s from three different dealerships in the St. Louis area and this one provides a far more consistent experience in both the sales and s I have had BMW’s from three different dealerships in the St. Louis area and this one provides a far more consistent experience in both the sales and service areas. I never feel pressured, always get the facts, not just a wobbly opinion and feel as though I have associates I can trust. Chris Clem is my service advisor and Bob Dedert is my sales advisor, in case you were wondering. Between me and my wife we have owned 9 BMW’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else for service or the purchase of a BMW. More

Patti made sure I had a location for my lattop to plug it in and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. She ALSO noticed a small dent on my car that I totally overlooked and since I am so careful where I park, (normally out outer 40 drive and then walk a country mile to the store or other locations) I was very surprised. I paid extra for the dent insurance so I was very grateful for her being an "eagle eye"! Having my own staffing business I look for special customer service skills in people and she receives a A+. More
