customer service ** Heat was blowing cold air on drivers side of vehicle and apparent coolant leak. On first visit excellent customer service was administered by Advisor Ethan Krysiak. The Advisor scheduled repair for following day. My arrival time was before his start time and the service dept. was not as friendly and helpful on appointment day. They had never seen me before. Therefore, I waited on Advisor Krysiak to arrive. Customer service in addition to competent repair service is on of the key elements of an outstanding business. I am thankful for the first impression that was given at your dealership. The 2012 BMW X5 was returned promptly. It has been driven for 45 minutes and at this time it is still blowing cold air. Hopefully, it will resurface to hot. Thanks again, C. Parker / Chloe Woods More
