It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. Then I had to wait 2 hours to get the safety and emission test along with a battery registration ( which seems like it should not be necessary $100). More

We apologize for the inconvenience in waiting for an appointment. We have been very busy. Without your correct name, it is difficult to discuss your charges. We can address the credit card fee as most dealerships have a credit card fee now. Debit card, cash or check is no fee. You also, received an automatic 5% rewards posted to your New Autohaus rewards app for you to use on your next service visit. So a net plus 3% if you used a credit card. Perhaps you will reconsider. Thanks.
