My car was in for a recall, I initially took it to another dealer on Olive but after making an appointment and dropping the car off, the dealer took 2 days and never did anything so I made an appointm another dealer on Olive but after making an appointment and dropping the car off, the dealer took 2 days and never did anything so I made an appointment with Autohaus BMW. It took a week and a half to get the appointment, I attempted to get reassurance that the procedure wouldn't take longer than what the recall suggested. Britney was my service advisor who asked if I wanted the car washed which I appreciate, because the car was already clean and I usually spend more time then the dealer so I declined. The waiting area provides suitable snacks and drinks and two separate monitors to choose programming of your liking. The bathroom was clean! I wish the gift shop had more to choose. Otherwise, my car was delivered on time as promised and the entire procedure took about an hour and 15 minutes. I was provided with a link from a text and email to watch the video on the multi-point inspection, which is very useful to see that the work was actually performed and a picture says a thousand words. I don't normally do surveys but you folks earned it, and you were all on the same sheet of music, provide exceptional service with a good attitude, Thanks Dani for the good talk and service in the gift shop as well.
