When we purchased our BMW at Autohaus it was not the first dealer we went to, but right away when you walk in everything is different in a good way. The reason for this visit was to get a flat tire rep first dealer we went to, but right away when you walk in everything is different in a good way. The reason for this visit was to get a flat tire repaired and some maintenance that was due. Our Service advisor, Zinaida was very friendly and helpful. She explained what needed to be done and about how long it would take. Since it was going to be overnight she gave me a loaner vehicle. Having a friendly sales department is very important, but the department you deal with for the life of your vehicle is the service department. Autohaus is the GOLD standard for their service department. You have a customer for life. Thank you! More

I went in because of a door handle issue. One of the people there called me right after I left and said he didn't know that I knew I had holes in my tires. I didn't even know that. Everything One of the people there called me right after I left and said he didn't know that I knew I had holes in my tires. I didn't even know that. Everything was covered under my warranty. I could not be more pleased with the process from beginning to end. Every single person there went out of their way to make sure I was treated like a king. Kudos to the whole staff. More
