My car needed some warranty work done and was in the Autohaus shop for nearly 2 weeks. They went out of their way to accommodate me during this time. Made appointment for MO state safety inspection and oil change. Was told it would be done in about 1 1/2 hours. Helped myself to a chai latte and a cup of coffee while I read the latest issue of Entreprene change. Was told it would be done in about 1 1/2 hours. This specifically relates to service — very poor service and they make it a lot harder than it has to be. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Loaner process takes forever and they put you in a mu and they make it a lot harder than it has to be. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Loaner process takes forever and they put you in a much lower car class and blame it on Covid. If it’s not “your” adviser they don’t want to help you. My adviser was out sick and so I was assigned a different adviser. He told me my car would be done the same day, 3 pm I call to follow up and my car hadn’t been started on because he never confirmed the service with the technician. Next day I go to pick up by car in the afternoon and it hasn’t been washed after I confirmed with the same service tech it would be. No one greets you when you come in. All small things but they add up. We decided to purchase from a different dealership for our next car so we don’t have to deal with these issues every time we come in. More
