I was never told that it would take 3 days to do the A service. I could have brought it another time. Communication was terrible. They wanted to do over $500.00 of work that they did last year. They did n service. I could have brought it another time. Communication was terrible. They wanted to do over $500.00 of work that they did last year. They did not bother to check my history. Just checked my mileage. I had to be the one to remember. They no longer call to discuss what needs to be done. They text. I left messages for two different service techs and it took over 2 hours to get a callback each time. One said he would call me the next morning to confirm when my car would be ready but never did. Very very disappointed. I have always paid extra to have the dealer service but no more! I don’t expect the dealership to not check my history and want to do over $500.00 of work that did not need to be done. More
