We were in the market for a new vehicle and needed to look nationwide for the specific interior trim we wanted. We originally found the perfect vehicle at a Mercedes dealership in Connecticut. After providing intent to purchase the vehicle in writing, securing a loan, and getting cashiers checks for the down payment, the dealership sold the car and didn’t even bother to tell me. I found out by accident. I was beyond furious as not only had I taken necessary steps to purchase this vehicle, I had to cancel these transactions, postpone selling our current car, and still find another car to purchase. Enter Autohaus on Edens….I could tell right away I was about to have a completely different experience than before. Carlos Regaldo was our sales consultant; I told him during that first call what transpired with the dealership in Connecticut. The first thing he did was apologize on behalf of all Mercedes-Benz dealerships as this is not what the brand represents. The next thing Carlos did was send me the specs and the pricing. Once I confirmed I wanted the car he immediately removed it from the website and the lot, giving me time to complete the paperwork without it being sold by someone else. Carlos and I first spoke on a Wednesday, by Friday I was the proud owner of a brand new GLC-300….that’s how fast he worked. Then, Carlos provided the name of the transportation company the dealership uses and two days later the car was on a truck and on its way to me in Florida. Carlos was in constant communication with me throughout this entire process. He was professional, honest, and trust-worthy…exactly what you’d expect from a Mercedes dealership. This was hands-down the BEST automobile purchase experience I have ever had…..and I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life. Autohaus on Edens has secured my business for the future. I plan on purchasing all of our Mercedes from them, regardless of where we live in the country. More
