Service during Covid-19 I had a flat tire on my new SUV. Mercedes road side towed it from my house to the dealership. After the new tire was installed, the dealership sanitiz I had a flat tire on my new SUV. Mercedes road side towed it from my house to the dealership. After the new tire was installed, the dealership sanitized the steering wheel, gear shift, door handles, etc. I paid online and they met me in the parking lot (from a distance) to hand me my key fob.
