Good Service from Autohaus Ricky Pena was very responsive to all my e-mail queries and text messages. He handled the whole transaction in a friendly and professional manner. My only suggestion would be to improve communications between salesperson and managers. My truck got “buried” Friday in the basement because Ricky was out of the office when someone decided to move all the new cars into the basement ahead of the snow storm, even though Ricky knew I was coming to get the truck on Saturday. And others should have known so my truck would have been accessible Saturday morning without emptying the whole darn basement. Afterall, it could have been a more prized Mercedes customer who would have been stuck wihtout their new car over the weekend. 😀 More

Mark does not have any business skills to make a deal with customers! He is very rude and abrupt! He spoke to me very down which made me feel that I was a beggar on the street!
