Hi Abbey, We understand you are upset that an aftermarket vendor damaged your vehicle after you called them instead of using Mercedes Benz free roadside service. Unfortunately, when someone is not familiar with Mercedes Benz spare tire hardware, the damage will occur by installing the wrong size lug nuts. After reviewing your recorded calls, emails, and texts we are concerned with your accusations considering all we did was address the damage someone else caused to your vehicle. We wish you nothing but the best. Take care!

And for the record, my husband and I called you all at least 15 times and no one in service answered. We didn’t know that we still had roadside asssistance. Your service department is rude and condescending. Triple A maintains that you all damaged the tie at our last maintenance with you in September. For how little you care about us as customers, our inclination is to believe them. It’s really the way you treat customers, not the situation.
