Choosing a "5" for "Extremely satisfied" isn't even high enough to classify my experience. It was truly beyond exceptional - starting with my customer experience with Tom Lood. He exhibited an old school "customer first" approach which I haven't experienced in a very long time. He genuinely cared as much for me as a "person" as he did for me a "Mercedes Driver" Regarding the service....everything was done exactly as I had hoped. It was apparent that the attention to detail Tom showed to me was equally exhibited by the technicians. I've had some poor experiences at other Mercedes dealerships, so I'll be driving the hour it takes to get to Autohaus on Edens anytime I need something in the future. I know I'm in good hands there. I was disappointed that the certified car that I just bought in September needed $900 of maintenance.
