I was a little upset with the level of service this time. I needed new front tires bacause of a feathering problem. Those tires had been replaced last year at Motor Werks. I also indicated that I had a sound coming from the rear behind the drivers seat. It sounded like a speaker was shorting out as it was intermittent or as two pieces of leather rubbing together. I was asked if a wanted them to diagnose the problem and the charge would be 238. I said yes. And later was told that the only sound was from the half bottle of water in the back seat. However, once I got the car and drove away I heard the same sound. I received several text messages and phone calls indicating that someone from the dealership left their phone in my car. They wanted to come and get it. Where was I? It was Halloween and I wasn't home. I suggested they provide the number so I could call it and try and locate the phone in the vehicle. Later, I was told that it was left in the charging station. My car doesn't have a charging station. I left several messages about the phone but not one stating that they found the phone and were sorry for any inconvenience or thanking me for all of the responses to texts and phone calls. It really was a xxxxty experience. And I thought the Multi point inspection that I was asked to review and approve was a little belittling. "A tire is a round component made of rubber and reinforced with chords or belts made of several choices of materials." I asked questions and did not feel that the responses were pertinent and were a bit rote and, therefore, meaningless. My car still feels a bit bumpy, I still have the noise which wasn't diagnosed but certainly charged for. More

It was a pleasant experience working with Autohaus of Edens. They took it for granted by assuming that the next one will automatically be with them without demonstrating to us that they’re still providing the best deals and services available to loyal customer.
