Because it's Mercedes I prefer to get my car serviced here. However, they need to be more accurate in when the car will be ready. Twice in the last 4 times, this car was promised by an afternoon only to here. However, they need to be more accurate in when the car will be ready. I know that since I'm not waiting in the dealership that it gets pushed in the queue but should still be on the day promised. Lastly, DO NOT tell me I need to do things that I really don't. For example... change my remote battery? I did it myself 3 weeks prior. Change wipers due to streaking? I saw no streaking. More
