I have purchased a Used 2016 Mercedes Benz 300 from this dealership, car was in great shape, according to the sales man I would not need to spend any money out of pocket to fix this up for a long while. Car was purchased at 26,000 miles. 7,000 miles later the serpentine belt broke, left me spending $1,150 out of pocket! They had me sign up for a monthly payment that will cover any broken/maintenance for this car for the next 3 years. Claiming anything that is wrong with this car will get fixed at no cost! But still ended up finding a reason to charge me a whole lot of money! I personally think that these people are trained to rip people off!! Very disappointed with Autohaus on Edens from my experience. Will not purchase a car from them ever again. Best Advice I can give to anyone is to make sure that you know what you are signing! Do not take their word for it , even if they seem professional! Do not rush, take your time and make a wise decision. Rating Autohaus on Edens low, because I was promised something and had ended up ripped off. More
