Regarding the recommendation for filter replacement, our team automatically suggests replacement based on time or mileage per the factory maintenance schedule without needing to open the housing. This is for cabin, or engine air filters. If we determine that your filter has been recently replaced, we will not proceed with unnecessary replacements, . The rodent issue you mentioned highlights the importance of regular maintenance and timely filter replacements by the schedule. We would like to discuss this further with you and review your estimate. However, we are unable to identify you from this review.
