Product Genius Makes All The Difference My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the past 4 months. We are both incredibly sensitive to gimmicks and the disingenuous pleasantries of most car sales people, and so it had been difficult for us to trust anyone during the process. Then we met Heather. Heather was kind and extremely knowledgeable about her products. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. She was not pushy or over-eager. She answered each and every one of our questions thoroughly. Her empathy and forthrightness were, in the end, factors in our decision to buy. The entire staff at BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake are exemplary. They made us feel at home and immediately part of the BMW family. We will definitely recommend friends and family to them in the future. More

I was greeted by Michelle Who is in sales and I recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW or Mazda or any other car she has a great resources for any car brand and can find you the best deals around. Then sat with Heather who is a BMW genius walk me through my car and taught me things that I didn't even know it did and she was determined to make sure that every question was handled correctly. her expertise ,knowledge and passion for Bmw's got me even more excited for my new car. For my 1200 mile check up the service department welcomed and greeted me with the feeling that I was Dwayne Johnson walking in. Thank you Derek!!!! We were greeted by Bob Miller, who subsequen After not purchasing a vehicle in a number of years, we began (and ended) our search at this dealership. We were greeted by Bob Miller, who subsequently spent the majority of his day with my husband and I. He made us feel comfortable, treated us like we were part of his family, and held our hands through the entire process. However, we cannot say enough about the caring, professional manner we experienced with everyone who was part of the process of us buying a vehicle; including the dealership manager and finance director. We were not a straight-forward, run-of-the-mill customer. We have had some financial challenges over the past ten years, but Bob Miller and the Anderson team did not send us away empty-handed. They put in the time and effort to ensure we left with a vehicle that day; and not just any vehicle, but the one we actually came in to look at in the first place. We cannot say enough about this dealership and the staff who work there. We will be back for our next vehicle!! More
