Bob explained all mechanical and electronic components of a car in great details. I am sure he actually studied car manual. At the same time there was no pressure to make a purchase. After this visit we were shopping for Mazda CX-5 at several dealerships and none came close to professionalism we experienced at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake. On the second visit, we asked for specific exterior, interior and engine configuration and while they did not have such car available, they were able to locate exactly what we were looking for. Bob and the General Manager Dan Brzozowski were very willing to work with us on a price without pressure or hassle and we made a deal. Bob personally brought located car to his dealership and made sure everything was up to our specifications. On a day we were picking up a car he took time to explain how to use all the features in our new Mazda CX-5. It was pleasure to work with Bob Miller and the whole Team at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake. We were greeted by Bob Miller, who subsequently spent the majority of his day with my husband and I. He made us feel comfortable, treated us like we were part of his family, and held our hands through the entire process. However, we cannot say enough about the caring, professional manner we experienced with everyone who was part of the process of us buying a vehicle; including the dealership manager and finance director. We were not a straight-forward, run-of-the-mill customer. We have had some financial challenges over the past ten years, but Bob Miller and the Anderson team did not send us away empty-handed. They put in the time and effort to ensure we left with a vehicle that day; and not just any vehicle, but the one we actually came in to look at in the first place. We cannot say enough about this dealership and the staff who work there. We will be back for our next vehicle!! More
