Ask for Manjula when you visit Bridgewater BMW. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. She was the only service representative who spoke to me to see which vehicle I was interested in. John Marfoglio stepped in when my sales rep (Manjula) was unavailable and accompanied me on a test drive. We test drove the X5 and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Manjula is a great representative of the BMW brand. This is my second vehicle purchase with Manjula and both experiences have been the best I have ever dealt with in my car purchasing history. Bridgewater BMW is an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend their dealership and I can clearly see that with confidence.
