Victor went out of his way to provide outstanding service. He listened to my needs and got me every option and more that I had on my "must have list." She smoothly handled my prior lease during a time of extreme personal crisis. With my newest lease, she somehow picked the exact right car for me before I'd even arrived on site! Both transactions were quick, straightforward, and with no negatives/surprises. Her follow-through and communication are on point.
