I had reached out to Mark O last year for buying X3 PHEV and then I couldn't go thru it. He patiently waited for me to reconnect when I was ready and worked with me through entire process. I brought my car in for a tune up and Nick from service was very attentive and customer service oriented. He was a straight shooter and got my service done very quickly and provided it back running in tip was very attentive and customer service oriented.
