This is the second car I have purchased from Mr. Jae Lim. He is extremely responsive when contacted. He keeps me very informed about what I need to bring to the dealership to expedite my purchase. While purchasing the car he goes above and beyond to make sure I have coffee if I want it, even walking me through the new machine and how it works. He also set up my BMW account from my phone app and went over the options which he knows is important to me. He is very friendly and professional, handles all the paperwork and gets me the best deal he can while explaining everything as I go through my purchase. More
