We take all concerns seriously and investigate any concern thoroughly. Thank you for speaking with our Service Director, Mike Winter. As explained, our records show the loaner vehicle was returned with a large crack in the windshield. Our Service Manager inspected the glass with you and showed you where the point of impact was that caused the crack. We understand sustaining road damage is frustrating, and unfortunately, not fully covered by your insurance, as you mentioned. Our records show that our service manager showed you security video of your vehicle as you pulled into the service drive upon arrival. We understand things can happen and the driver wouldn’t necessarily know a paint chip was present prior to the service, however the video at the time of your arrival clearly showed the paint chip.
