As a single mom, it can be very intimidating to walk into a dealership without much knowledge about cars or the buying process. He made me feel at ease and welcome and was also very kind to my kids who came shopping with me. He answered every question I had, and was extremely willing to work on a deal I was comfortable with. He made the buying process very stress-free and worked extremely hard to walk me through the process without any snags. I would recommend him to any friend or family member who’s looking and would definitely work with him again next time I need a new vehicle. It was an excellent experience and he did a great job. More

My BMW X4 was in for unscheduled service. The customer service and repair of my 2024 X3 at BMW of Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to me later that day washed and beautiful!
