The service team at BMW of Darien are really great. When I first stepped through the doors, I was immediately greeted by the front desk team and asked how they could help. At other dealerships I would have I first stepped through the doors, I was immediately greeted by the front desk team and asked how they could help. At other dealerships I would have to chase someone down for help, even after making a reservation online. The service team needed to keep my vehicle for an extra day to service it, and called to explain why and noted that they had a loaner available for me. Really nice service job and team from start to finish. Than you BMW of Darien Service Team! More
