I have always loved the sakes and service of BMW of DARIEN, but today, they outdid themselves. IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, I picked up my new 540xi (that got out of Germany right before the BMW plants cl DARIEN, but today, they outdid themselves. IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, I picked up my new 540xi (that got out of Germany right before the BMW plants closed) with safe, curbside, open-air delivery and exchange of leased cars, with everyone wearing masks and gloves! My salesman, Klaus, coordinated everything possible from home, and all I did was IPad signatures (wearing gloves and mask too, of course) and drove away. Well done 👍 More

Avoid service at BMW of Darien I bought my car in for 2 service recalls. The car was otherwise in perfect mechanical condition. When I picked the car up, the headlight system was I bought my car in for 2 service recalls. The car was otherwise in perfect mechanical condition. When I picked the car up, the headlight system was not functional. The service manager took no responsibility but offered a 15% discount on repairs after paying a large diagnostic fee I am working 24 hour hospital shifts during this crisis, BMW Darien was a severe disappointment. BMW Port Chester was not any better They gave me a $2200 estimate for what turned out to be a $100 repair The moral of the story is to find an honest independent mechanic for out of warranty repairs on your BMW Great cars Poor dealer service God bless all through this crisis More
