Showroom experience was fine, up to the point of delivery of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way of the vehicle. It failed at that point. Adding insult to injury, the vehicle (a fleet car) was not released from that designation upon delivery, so I could not access (unbeknownst to me until I called the 800 support line) any features through the MY BMW app! The service department runs well because of Jamie. I received incorrect information because he wasn’t there. The sales people are rated very low in my opinion. They are not accommodating and difficult I received incorrect information because he wasn’t there. The sales people are rated very low in my opinion.
