This is the first time requesting service for my BMW at this dealership. I am from MA who got a flat tire last night in NY and I drove the car to Greenwich, CT. This morning my car had to be towed in to BM this dealership. I am from MA who got a flat tire last night in NY and I drove the car to Greenwich, CT. This morning my car had to be towed in to BMW of Darien. I was impressed how fast the service advisor Albano Kroj took care of my vehicle. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and sent me a video of the service that was completed. They also washed my car!! More
