Jamie, as always, was excellent! Loaner car was great and really appreciated. Parts department was also great…had to get new tire. Took longer than I hoped, as it was busy. We spent 6 ½ hours in their waiting area. We needed a tire replaced and they had to find a dealer that had one. The problem was that they took over 3 hours to first look at our X3. When I bro We needed a tire replaced and they had to find a dealer that had one. The problem was that they took over 3 hours to first look at our X3. When I brought it in I explained that I believed that my tire needed a patch. They knew but I did not that you cannot patch a run flat lire. Therefore, the minute I gave them my X3 they should have looked for a tire but they obviously did not care. It did not bother them that we sat there from 7:20 AM until 1:50 PM. More
