Brought my 2022 430i convertible in for a CarPlay issue. Car was returned with bird droppings on the drivers seat - but I dropped the car off with the top up. There were multiple issues when they returned my car to me. No break check was done. Tire pressure light was on. Bottom cover under car was not screwed in. Service rep was a very poor communicator and failed to provide the customary information regarding services performed on car and cost. Failed to respond to a voicemail left for him.
