I was told I had service for 36,000 miles. I only have 10,000. Because of covid I have low mileage. Beverly my sales person fail to tell expiration was 2/22. Frank was awesome. All went well except at pick-up. Dealership noticed scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded i scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded it was their oversight and I was not responsible (I wasn’t…). Nevertheless, because of dealer oversight at the initial loaner inspection (with no video), I was put through an upsetting experience. More
