BMW of Darien - Service Center

William or Bill IS HORRIBLE!!!! Went into BMW of Darien to finalize all the paper work for the car i was purchasing. Besides the numerous amount of mistakes they made with the paper work that led to us hav to finalize all the paper work for the car i was purchasing. Besides the numerous amount of mistakes they made with the paper work that led to us having to put more money down then we have already put down, their service manager Trevor barged into the show room yelling and verbally harassing his employees, right in front of mine and other costumers eyes, I even seen him bulg up his fist… called bmw today to talk to Bill who I was informed was Trevor’s manager just to be told he’s not going to do anything about this situation because he knows Trevor to be a “lovely” guy… FAR from what i witnessed. Bill also refused to give me any contact information for who would care about this situation, giving an attitude and disregarding what my complaint was. He attempted to hang up on me numerous amount of times while insuring me he does not care about this situation. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO HAVE A MANAGER THAT TREATS EMPLOYEES THE WAY I SEEN TREVOR TREAT HIS AND I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE A HEAD MANAGER THAT SHOWS SUCH LITTLE RESPECT TO THE COSTUMER AND ALSO SHOWS NO CARE FOR HIS EMPLOYEES. More

The service team at BMW of Darien are really great. When I first stepped through the doors, I was immediately greeted by the front desk team and asked how they could help. At other dealerships I would have I first stepped through the doors, I was immediately greeted by the front desk team and asked how they could help. At other dealerships I would have to chase someone down for help, even after making a reservation online. The service team needed to keep my vehicle for an extra day to service it, and called to explain why and noted that they had a loaner available for me.
