Before we purchased it, there were some scratches on the passenger doors. They painted it fresh and gave the car a deep clean, ensuring customer satisfaction. Phil also helped me set up the BMW app on my iPhone and explained every function of it in detail. The other workers were nice, too. However, I highly recommend you ask Phil to help you.
