The service group at BMW of Ft. Washington is very customer satisfaction oriented. Rich Lanci, Giuseppe Messina, Amie Marshall, Frank Menna, Ben Ammar and Brittany Startzel are to be highly commended for their sensitivity and efforts to making sure you are 100% satisfied. On the sales side, Ed Fallon and Ed Salloum are willing to help after the sale. Michael Fastman runs and has a great organization !
