We had come to return our BMW 540i and did not have the next car picked and found ourselves in a difficult situation of having three drivers and one car at home. Nick took great interest in making sure that we walked away happy with our new BMW X7 and we cannot say enough good things about the car and the customer service we received from Nick, John and Ruslan. It was a pleasure working with all three of them. We have been doing business with the BMW Freehold team since 2006 and every time we decide to go somewhere else, we end up coming back to them because no one else can beat their price and customer service. My recent experience and purchase at BMW of Freehold I just wanted to share my recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Freehold. My experience was very easy and relaxed, there was no pressure I just wanted to share my recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Freehold. My experience was very easy and relaxed, there was no pressure and minimal negotiation as the price offered online was excellent (The pictures never even made it to the Website) and I had done my share of research. I made an appointment to come and see the vehicle and Dominique was my Sales Rep when I arrived at the dealership. She was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to drive the vehicle with my family and make a decision without any pressure. She was also very knowledgeable even thought the vehicle was not a BMW. I put a deposit down on the phone the next day and made an appointment to deliver the vehicle the following week which only took an hour. I have spent more time buying kitchen appliances. Overall a very easy and positive experience, and I love my new ride. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. More
