I just picked up a new BMW X3 a few day's ago, and if there were 10 Stars to award, I would do so, for BMW of Freehold, and Mike Youssef. I was new to the BMW Brand, so I was a little apprehensive, but there were 10 Stars to award, I would do so, for BMW of Freehold, and Mike Youssef. My experience with them was flawless from beginning to end, and my Sales Associate, Mike Youssef was outstanding, and extraordinarily helpful, in every phase of this transaction. He went out of his way to make my experience extremely pleasant and seamless, in every way possible. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. I was so impressed, I have started my campaign, (in my head, of course), of the next BMW I will Lease, in 3 years, (with BMW of Freehold, and with Mike)! John really helped me when he took over for the Internet sales person. He locked me into an incentive plan that saved me mone-and he would have saved me even more had he been involved from the very beginni sales person.
