Extremely satisfied customer r So, I have been leasing BMW vehicles for years. However, lately I have not been happy with the vehicles or customer service I was receiving. I leased So, I have been leasing BMW vehicles for years. However, lately I have not been happy with the vehicles or customer service I was receiving. I leased a 535 from BMW Bridgewater... never again. The vehicle was in the shop countless times and Bridgewater was no help whatsoever. Paying over $700 a month , this was frustrating to say the least. Seriously thinking of switching to Mercedes, someone sent me to Dan (Lessing/sales manager) at BMW Freehold. That was the best thing for me. Not only did he help me get out of the vehicle Bridgewater leased me, they renewed my faith in BMW customer service and got me into my next vehicle. All the way with me was Nick Sciarappa, Dans right hand man and top client advisor. There is no one better or more professional. Thinking of getting a vehicle, talk to Dan and ask for Nick. His service is top notch and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. More
