I got a beautiful SUV this weekend for me and opal.  Not only did John Bell the person we use to get our cars from gave me a great deal on a beautiful SUV he and the manager Dory are so incredibly nice.  I took the SUV home and wanted to take opal to the reservoir. She had trouble getting in the SUV and slipped and then she was scared to come out.  I finally got her out and then she would not get back in the SUV.  We have a ramp for her  and she would not use it. I called the dealership up crying because Opal actually wound up spraining her foot they told me to come back and they're putting me in a different car can you believe that. How nice is that they didn't want Opal to get hurt or be scared to go in the SUV. We have been going to them for years but this was beyond accommodating and nice. No other dealership would ever do this.  There are no words to express how i feel. I am so appreciative and grateful and a lifetime customer for sure. More
