Everyone was extremely friendly and thorough. They made it a painless experience, not like going to the dentist or doctor having to wait a half hour in the waiting room, 15 minutes in a small roo They made it a painless experience, not like going to the dentist or doctor having to wait a half hour in the waiting room, 15 minutes in a small room by yourself and not understanding half the answers to the questions you ask.
