Overall good dealership just consistent problem with communication and execution. That is pretty much been the only thing consistent over the mini mini years of BMW. Like a communication/execution. What a horrible experience. My boyfriend took his car in for an oil change at the dealership and the tech backed the car into a disabled parking sign. It created a sizable dent. The dealership said they would repair it since they were at fault. Their "repair" did nothing to fix the damage. The behavior of Josh Luna was incredibly unprofessional as well. He barred us from the premises and the dealership is not going to fix the damage they caused. If you like your car DO NOT take it to this dealership. More
