Great Use of Technology My first experience with Sarasota BMW They quickly diagnosed my engine problem and found an oil leak on my valve cover. I have a 2001 Z3 Roadster wit My first experience with Sarasota BMW They quickly diagnosed my engine problem and found an oil leak on my valve cover. I have a 2001 Z3 Roadster with 88K + miles. So an oil leak from the valve cover didn’t surprise me. What did surprise me, was a video from the tech that was working on my car showing and commenting as he went over the various components of the car. I thought this was a great use of technology. More

Poor service. Didn’t get service until 40 minutes after check in. Took 3 days to change a taillight assembly. 1st Uber driver was a no show for car pickup. When car was finally delivered for pickup, despite 4 prior requests, the next service date notification on dash panel still hadn’t been updated. Note, it wasn’t reset on previous service either. More

Consistently above and beyond my expectations I recently brought my car in for a routine visit to the Sarasota BMW Service department. After completing the requested repair it was noted that my ba I recently brought my car in for a routine visit to the Sarasota BMW Service department. After completing the requested repair it was noted that my batteries may not be optimally Functioning. Even though I expressed no day today concerns with the issue the service department urged me to bring the car in so they could more in-depth look into the issue. They provided a loaner car and Looked into the concern until they were satisfied that my car was operating at its best in full capacity. Above and beyond what more could you ask? More
