Very inconsistent service and experience at this BMW. Last several times treated poorly , this time Was told i had to pay to air put in my tires ! Also they gave me a cheap hertz rental last several times but the guys next to me got 7 series when I asked they said he was there earlier then me .. then as I was waiting for rental another guy came in a got a BMW instead of a hertz car . I guess at this dealers it’s who you know and don’t be a women More

Staff unengaged, wasn’t greeted properly. Car stayed for three days, advisor hard to reach unable to contact. No idea what was happening with vehicle. I had to constantly follow up. Service center could not resolve my issue. Vehicle has been in multiple times for the same problem. Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same and was charged been in multiple times for the same problem. Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same and was charged $49. This was also not resolved by Hertz or service advisor. More
