This was my first BMW experience and overall I am very happy with the car and service I received . Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would say signing the Initial papers was a bit happy with the car and service I received . Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would say signing the Initial papers was a bit rushed because it was late in the day and I unfortunately overlooked a few line items that made my total a bit more than I expected. The next day, in the finance office, the digital signing and ease of reviewing the warranty options was great and was by far the best financing experience I’ve ever had. 2.5 hours to have a tire changed with an appointment. To receive a car wash it would have been an additional hour. Received a phone call a half hour after I arrived, instead of being greeted as the other se receive a car wash it would have been an additional hour. When service was complete received a phone call to meet in service area as the other reps came to get their clients. Scott is not very personable, this was 2nd experience with him.
