Service for even minor things is stretching to 3 hours, and then to find out no loaners are available and you need to set up another appointment. 4. Stand behind the after market surface protection products you apply to new cars. Don’t tell a customer who has purchased 4 cars from you there is no refund on any part of the $995 cost after the product causes the wipers not to work. And then tell him to talk to the product vendor about the problem. 5. Sales people are great; service advisors are good, but terribly overbooked; repairs seem okay. I had been happy with the dealership, but service has been going downhill for quite some time. More
