I had a flat tire. Derrick told me I had to buy 2 new tires. My tires were brand new so that didn’t make sense. He said there were no tires in the area to be found. I made one call and found a tire. He t tires. My tires were brand new so that didn’t make sense. He said there were no tires in the area to be found. I made one call and found a tire. He then admitted he wrote the number down wrong. Then, I let him know the roller was off the track on the covering of the back sunroof. I have an extended warranty and he said there’s nothing that could be done about it. When I’d ask him for solutions he’d shrug his shoulders and smile. Not the type of communication I get at my dealership. I cannot say that I’d recommend you guys. My consultant acted like he could care less. More

Good place to take your car to get serviced. People are super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel good and comfortable.
