6 hours beyond appointment time for oil change Made appointment for 10:30am, almost a week in advance. Upon arrival, at 10:15, it took nearly 20 minutes to hand keys off to someone, and then anothe Made appointment for 10:30am, almost a week in advance. Upon arrival, at 10:15, it took nearly 20 minutes to hand keys off to someone, and then another hour before an advisor (Tina, who was fantastic) came to the lounge to actually check me in. After being told it was going to be about 2 hours, I made arrangements to run errands, returning to the dealership at 1:30, noticing my vehicle was outside, assuming it was in line to be washed, I waiting in the lounge for an hour, after which, I found Tina to check the status. At this point (2:10pm 3.75 hours after initial appoitment time) I was told the car hasn’t even been started yet, and hopefully could still be finished that day. At this point I returned home, and received a text at 4:35pm saying my car was finally finished. 6 hours after the initial appointment time.
