Early on Eric focused his attention on me because I was doing the talking. When I told him the auto we wanted to purchase was for my husband, Eric then totally ignored me asking my husband questions that he couldn’t hear. His attitude toward me changed instantly. I became invisible, only barely answering my questions. If Eric was smart he would have realized I was involved when I wrote the check. All my years in sales, Eric missed big time. When the Manager arrived to talk with us it was more like he lectured us on our antiquated idea of the sales process. The purchase experience was not nice and we wished we found the car anywhere else. More

3 hours for a simple oil change I'm not usually a complainer, but 3 hours for an oil change is rather ridiculous. Originally told if I scheduled a week out, I could have a loaner ca I'm not usually a complainer, but 3 hours for an oil change is rather ridiculous. Originally told if I scheduled a week out, I could have a loaner car. When I called to schedule, I was told no loaner for an oil change, but you had a shuttle back home or wherever. Needless to say I wouldn't ask for a ride back to Punta Gorda, but no shuttle was offered anywhere. They did offer to call Uber. I have been driving the Mercedes brand for 18 years and chose to try a BMW. Certainly not the treatment I'm used to. Your facilities are very nice and people are professional, however, a long time to wait for an oil change with no option, but to sit and wait. More
